Registration
 
  1. Please submit the ‘Abstract Submission Form (Paper/Poster)’ for review not later than 15 May 2013.
  2. Review result will be announced and formal invitation will be sent out via email in mid of June 2013.
  3. All participants (including presenters) should complete the Registration and payment procedure not later than 15 July 2013. Accepted presenters should register by the deadline to guarantee the inclusion of their presentations in the Programme. Please complete the Registration Form (Chinese Version / English Version) and return to us by email (ltcc4@hku.hk) or fax (852-2517 4403) or mail to CACLER, Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, HK (Attn: Ms. Vivian Chau) before the deadline.
  4. Those full papers submitted by accepted presenters before 15 July 2013 will be included in the Conference Proceeding in CD format. Please observe the Full Paper Submission Guideline to prepare your paper. Please note that the submission of full paper is not a mandatory requirement. The paper should be your original work, except where due acknowledgement is made, and it has not been previously published.
  5. If you need the Conference Secretariat to arrange accommodation for you, please submit the necessary information (including full name in English, no. of persons, check-in and check-out dates, room type and no. of rooms required) via email to ltcc4@hku.hk no later than 7 June 2013.

HKD400 or USD52 each (including Conference proceeding in CD format, tea reception, two conference lunches)
